I'm not sure how there is a 5 star average here, but let's fix that. When I originally called and spoke with Sean, he assured me that "communication is what sets us apart I feel" and that he has "the perfect person in mind" for my mom and that the scheduler would call me. A week later, I called and the scheduler knew nothing and had no one. Fast forward a month, and they can't schedule any one in the time slots I've requested, and when they do, they don't show up.
