Home care was hired by inclusa to provide services. One of those services per requested by the client was filling a lockbox for (controlled) medication because the client was overtaking them. Client was then allowed to pick up her own prescriptions and overdose then withdraw on them. Also given the code for her lockbox. This sort of thing caused her money, overdoses and withdrawals previously which is why she asked for help. This company should be ashamed of themselves! One of the worst places in the area. Very short staffed and management is poor. Do your research so you know your family‘s taken care of.
Unfortunately very unreliable on call. Leaving patients without vital meds for 15+ hours putting lives at risk. Short staffing extending hospital discharge. Poor bedside manor customer service from management. Pay a bit more for quality care for your loved one.
