Absolute horrible agency. They do not hire quality nurses nor do they hold them to high standards or any standards, if I'm being honest. No accountability with their staff, they can change their scheduled days that were given to you months in advance at the last minute with no replacement leaving you high and dry. There is no point system for calling out, they can continuously do it over and over as they please with no repercussions. Very unprofessional.
