Got my alternator replaced thru my extended warranty. My usual repair facility does not work with warranty companies so I found this company on line. They had good reviews and they lived up to their expectations. From the first phone call all the way through they treated me like a repeat customer. Tammy is a true professional and Ryan also. This is the second time I have used Almost Auto and am so happy I found them. Both Brian and Tammy were great at explaining the issues and what was top priority and what could be passed on right now. Pricing is also fair and they are upfront with the cost with no pressure to agree quickly. They even surprised us by giving this last car a quick clean since it had been sitting a while before we had a chance to take it to the shop. So grateful for their help and looking forward to working with them for years to come.
