I scheduled service with these guys to install parts for my AC and rear struts as well as an oil change. NOTHING on their website says that isn't something they do. I get there, they take my keys, I leave. Half an hour later I get a call saying they refuse to install parts and only use their own part (ridiculous they can't charge for just labor hours, they're upcharging yall to order parts BTW). TRUSTWORTHY. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Extremely caring staff. We were traveling from out of town and had issues with our vehicle. We got them our vehicle on a Saturday at 12 pm hoping to leave Sunday morning. They squeezed us in and came through on their word. We offered to pay a rush fee. They told me they don’t take advantage of customers in our situation. They do it to help. We asked to tip them after the work was done. They refused. They charged us an extremely fair price.
