Tammy is truly wonderful…this was my 2nd time coming back for an issue that Pep Boys on Howell Mill just could not fix. But they made sure my car was taken care of the same day I brought it. Also thank you to Carlton for fixing my car and getting rid of all the lights on my dash, couple days later and still no check engine light! Will be coming back for my regular maintenance!
The service at this place is friendly, patient, and honest. When I brought my car, they gave me a thorough breakdown of the pricing. If I had any questions, they were always honest and willing to look into them or get back to me if they weren’t sure. Everyone here is incredibly nice and has created a very comfortable and welcoming space. I have to give a special shoutout to Tammy and Brian. They are incredibly kind people who you can tell work very hard and care about their clients. I highly recommend this place!

10/10 would recommend. The shop provided top notch service in a timely manner for a fair price. Staff was very communicative and transparent throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family. I plan to use Almost Auto for all of my vehicle needs going forward.
