Came at 13:25 with severe heartburn, stomach pain, and dizzy. Waited only few minutes to get in. Only few people in the waiting room ( Saturday) . I left at 15:40 with all the blood work done, ECG, swabs, X ray, medication administration, prescription , explanations for the plan and referrals for the upcoming tests. Thank you so much Dr. Charlotte D. and nurses !
In more than 3 hours intake of only 3 patients in emergency. Come on, is it really emergency or no value of our lives, pain, and time. Not only this hospital the whole Ottawa area has worse emergency / hospital system in the world.
Just a terribly aweful place to go for any health concerns, if you love long waits and to be condescended, this is the place for you
