I was totally happy with my service until I picked up my child’s glasses. I was told he needed no adjustments - he did so we go back to find frame couldn’t be adjusted? That’s information that buyers should be aware of before buying a frame.
If you need glasses and you’re anywhere in the Ottawa Valley, this is the place that’s worth going to. Their prices are very competitive, but the level of service is outstanding. Second to none. When I asked for help, the people there didn’t just look at me with a blank stare and say “pick a pair you like” like they have at the larger stores. However, only Almonte Family Optometrists have gone beyond professional medical care to truly treat us like family. Dr. Perras was amazing. He did a full thorough test of my eyes, and expressed genuine concern. I felt very comfortable with his assessments, and felt validated with the concerns that I had. Thank you Dr. And your amazing team!
Dr. Faith was super patient and understanding of my situation and nervousness around medical procedures. She explained everything as she went and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She made sure to understand what kind of glasses I was looking for (computer specific with) and gave me extra instructions for the eyewear department. Excellent experience. Highly recommended!
