I needed a $5 part for my dryer. Monte opened his closed store and met me there. Customer service like this isn’t found at Home Depot or any of those big box stores. I’m a customer for life. I won’t shop anywhere else for appliances. This man is fair and reasonable as are his prices. I wish you many more loyal customers and god bless you!
We purchased a dryer and had to have it fixed. The company would not return multiple phone calls (even after speaking with them) to set up someone to come out and fix it. A few days turned into a couple of weeks going by and we had to wind up getting it fixed by an outside company....and this time going by also made our warranty run out (I feel the no contact was done on purpose because of the warranty). Went in looking for a washing machine. Had a wide selection of name brand appliances. Wide range of prices depending what you are looking for. Family oriented business with great costumer service. Friendly but overly pushy. Purchased a used Maytag washer with a 6 month warranty for a great price. Brought it home hooked it up and started washing clothes. Would buy from here again. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This place will rob you. They take your money and not provide working products . I am in the process of suing this company. Purchase item not working a week after purchase. Paid for delivery , and almonte claims he can’t find my address provided 3 alternate address and he claims he can’t find address in gps. Upon arrival to store items were left outside. Now not working. I am filing s claims Against this bogus place. Don’t trust them!! He is a robber of your funds .

I'm a real estate developer who used Almonte for a few years. his service and policy use to be ok (normal for the field) BUT recently both his service and product have gone to SH** I bought a fridge from him in April it broke in may he gave me a lot of problem to come out and fix it.
