Chloe is the best staff for me. She’s very welcoming and she ask what else I needed. And I bring my kids in the salon and she ask me if my kids wants anything and she offer the hot chocolate. I really like her costumer service.
Honestly, this is my second time at this branch, and I won't be back. I had my appointment, and frankly, all the Asian staff there are quite rude and inattentive. If you tell them you don't like something, they talk amongst themselves in their language, which is extremely rude. I was the only person they didn't offer anything to drink. Is it because I'm Black? Ladies, you have to offer drinks to ALL customers because you charge so much for not even offering coffee. Are you just too lazy? Or do you only serve people you like ... read more
Just enjoyed a fabulous pedicure by Celine. My feet feel and look amazing!
I seen Nancy today for a pedicure and it was wonderful. I've had a lot of pedis with almond but I will say she was absolutely wonderful. Took her time, did such a great job and the exfoliating massage wasn't rushed like with most. Thanks!
