I didn’t enjoy this experience. I got the deluxe magic polish pedicure which was supposed to come with foot massage which was only done for about 15 seconds one foot only. At one point the nail technician placed the dryer on my toe while it was wet and when I mentioned she said oh yes and just painted over it - it should’ve been redone, no? She also dropped the nail polish brush on the ground and continued to use it as is. My final complaint is that on some of my toes only 65% of the nail is covered. Gagan was really nice and offered me so many options, even though I didn’t book a design. She had me exploring different ideas and was very helpful with everything. She showed a lot of patience and has such a kind, pleasant nature. Previously, I got a pedicure from her and loved it, especially the way she helped with my nail shape and her great attitude, so I came back to her again.
