Caused a lot of heart break and more unnecessary stress because they felt the need to scrape up the asphalt after allowing one business day for payment. No integrity.
Caused thousands of dollars damage to business. Did not protect the building sewer line when laying asphalt resulting in sewer line half full of 5/8" gravel and massive backup. Gave company the opportunity to own up to it as there was no other possible cause for the gravel in the line - didn't even ask them to cover the damage, merely just to accept responsibility. Was very disappointed in their response which was essentially, take me to court.
