Alex Lyudmirsky and Almir Construction have done excellent work for me on many occasions and as well as some of my real estate clients. He and his team are very qualified, timely, neat & tidy, +++ reasonably priced. They can do both major jobs (full building projects) to smaller individual room remodels (kitchen/bath). I am happy to refer them to my friends & clients.
They do excellent work. We have used them for about 25 years in all different situations. Most recently the earthquake retrofit construction The were on top of everything and dealt with all the unexpected tenant problems well. They know Building and safety. Very curtious and definitely go the extra mile. We highly recommend them.
