I personally know the owner of this business, and it truly breaks my heart to see what has happened to him. He was involved in a serious accident and has been in a coma for the past three months. While the rest of us continue with our everyday lives, he is still fighting to wake up, recover, and return to his family and the business he worked so hard to build. So, basically, what you’re telling me is that they stole my money and my iPad? I left my iPad there back in June, and I’ve been calling and checking on the store ever since. After July 4th, they completely stopped opening the store because of “WATER DAMAGE “ and nobody bothered to contact their customers or explain what was going on. How is this acceptable? This store has two of my items in their possession I since went to go get them, but was unaware that the store had been closed since sometime in July. I was in the hospital for sometime when I went into the hospital. The store was open came to get my stuff and the store was closed so I didn’t think anything of it, but kept coming back there after and the store was closed. I brought my phone in there 7 weeks ago to get the screen repaired. So the store closes down right when it's time to get my phone back, and they are still closed.. voice mail said they were going to be back to reopen Tues July 17. Never happened. I have made about 10 trips back to the store but its still closed. I do renovation and sure doesnt take that long.. and no regard for the customer as well nor any updated for us.
