I made an appointment with Steve for today; he never called and never showed up. That is not cool and I would give him less than one star if I could.
I had my Al Metal Vent installed 25 years ago. Recently needed help with it and reached out to Al Metal. Ann took my call and was great to work with. And her Tech. (Husband) was fabulous. He cleaned out the dryer vent with his drill device and it has never dried so well. He was very organized, kind of a Clean Freak which I like. If I could give plus 5 Stars I would.
