I must say this is the worse place to live in Rutherford county. This place has very poor management. I would not recommend anyone to live here. No one ever takes care of maintenance requests. It's so hard to get anyone to answer a phone call or an email. They are rude and could care less about you as a resident. They will keep all of your deposit money and lie about you living something behind. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! RUN!!!
