Best salon in Cape Breton
Really Bad experience. My wife went for hair coloring. She was asked that she need first cutting and then they will colour the hairs. She doesn't want to cut the hair. Even she was asked either she can afford to pay for that, Seriously. Didn't expected that. Sorry I want give 0 stars, but don't have the option.
Cheyenne gave me a perfect brow wax, evenly arched and great shape!
