They can get the same items as the "bigger" stores. The prices are the same or slightly better. The big difference is SERVICE!! I ordered speakers that were "raved about online". They were garbage and I had to send 100 pound towers back myself. Paul heard my story and basically loaded some amazing speakers into my truck. He told me to audition them for a week IN MY OWN HOME. Paul at Almas is a bastion of the best customer service one can experience. I bought a pair of Klipsch Cornwall speakers from Almas and could not be happier! I was hesitant at first due to the size of the speakers and how it would sound in my living room. Paul actually brought the speakers from his showroom to my house so I could test them out and know what I was buying and whoa what a big sound! I was still uncertain and wanted to try a smaller speaker to make sure I was making the right decision.
