Called Almas Garage & Towing for help after a car slid into a ditch due to icy roads. No arrival time or cancellation fee was explained. We cancelled after the car was helped by a passerby, but were still charged $200 even though no service was provided.

Absolutely terrible customer service I called mon( May 26 ) to get a tow and specifically said theres no front brake pads and get it to the shop for them to tell me .. The calipers were pushed out too far . Had to pay for new calibers . When the calipers were fine . The garage is saying that's how it got there.. when there's no way . I watched him towing my vehicle and got it out to the street ....with the car running... backed out out to the street, then used the tow chain. ( Should have used the emergency brake ) I called ... read more
