Absolutely terrible customer service I called mon( May 26 ) to get a tow and specifically said theres no front brake pads and get it to the shop for them to tell me .. The calipers were pushed out too far . Had to pay for new calibers . When the calipers were fine . The garage is saying that's how it got there.. when there's no way . I watched him towing my vehicle and got it out to the street ....with the car running... backed out out to the street, then used the tow chain. I was planning a walk along one section of Tom Thompson trail, but noticed a car had turned onto the trail and was stuck. I went to get Alma's towing for them and even though it was Sunday, Jack came out immediately and towed the chap out of the snow.
Huge thank you to Almas Garage for looking after my son when I couldn’t be there!!! First class customer service and being able to fit him in with a tight schedule. Happy Holidays! Jamie
