I have been doing my taxes here for years now, I’m satisfied with my returns, they are all really nice and welcoming, they are really convenient I have been working with Amanda and I totally recommend this place.

I had an appointment at 7:00 pm, and the receptionist told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait. When I asked to reschedule, Alma asked if someone else could do my taxes. I kindly said no, thank you, I will reschedule. Alma got irritated and verbally insulted me in front of the office and other customers for not taking the offer. I pay a lot of money to Alma to have my taxes done, and it is my prerogative to decide who does my taxes.
