Bernadette helped us sell my mother's house and 10 acres after Mom's passing in late 2023. We could not have hired a better realtor to sell the family home in Pendaries. The home was sold within a week. She is professional, knowledgable and well trained. She went above and beyond just selling the house as we do not live in New Mexico. She helped with the title company, contractors finishing up work on the house, cleaning services and so much more.
