I guess I had a dud of a case although I didn’t think so. But my atty pawned me off to some newer atty ( less $$) who was so insufferable I told him yo dismiss the case ! And still didn’t get the basics of what my suit was about. My atty did not understand what my case was about so I guess made it diff to litigate !
