Good helpful polite staff
Upon requesting files to be transferred to a new medical centre and paying the $50 fee. Alma Street Medical Centre took 64 days to transfer files- After many desperate phone calls and formal letters sent. (Legally obligated to transfer files within 30 days.) I submitted a request with the administration staff for the office manager to let me know why. To date no reply or formal apology or offer for a refund of the $50 to a struggling pensioner.
