Appointment was on time and Dr Namita was very professional and addressed my concerns .
After initial consult and biopsy, I discovered I owed approximately $300. (I didn’t know it was not bulk billed) so I paid what I could afford immediately ($85) the initial consult and said I could pay the rest in 2 weeks when I come for my results. Unfortunately when I arrived for my results… the hot doc app had cancelled my appointment and Doctor Lana decided she didn’t want to be my doctor anymore because the bill was 7 days overdue .. as it was a 30 day account and the results appointment was booked on the 37th day.
