I have bought 3 machines from here and have always gotten the very best service , lessons on my machines and answers to any questions I had. I feel they are the top of the line for service , product and education. I have and will continue to recommend Alma Sewing Center to my friends and family.
I have a choice of a dealer 7 miles away and Alma Sewing Center 40 miles away...I chose Alma as my Viking dealer over 10 years ago and have been very happy. Great deals on machines...very friendly and helpful...always great, fast service (sometimes while I wait to save me a trip back.) They are a sewing machine and vac store NOT a fabric store. They do have a great selection of sewing and embroidery supplies...needles, thread, stablizers, embroidery designs, machine accessories, etc.
Wonderful store with great service, Lots of threads, stabilizers, needles and accessories for sewing machines. And they offer great classes and will help you out if you have questions.
I drive quite a distance to go to Alma Sewing Center because I do like the service and products they sell; they answer my questions and are very helpful in every situation. In addition, they offer classes and seminars which I have learned alot of information about new products and new techniques in embroidering.
Alma Sewing Center is my favorite sewing machine dealer! I love my Viking sewing machines. I have a choice of 2 dealerships: 11 and 40 miles from my home. I choose to drive 40 miles to Alma Sewing Service to obtain better service at more competitive prices.

Have been dealing with this store and their wonderful employees for 12 years. Have always been treated top notch. Took my Mom into this store and she was having trouble with her machine and it was not a brand Ken carried. He pointed her in the right direction and her issues were taken care of. She was so impressed with the help she received she went back to Alma sewing and purchased one of the D1's. She got a great deal on it with many extras thrown in.
