NO STARS actually!!!! Called today, asked if they are taking on new patients. I was told yes, appointment was available for in the morning however no bulk billing which is fine. Asked what the patient was coming in for and was told possible depression. Promptly was told the doctors do not see mental health patients as it takes up “too much time” …… No wonder the world is in such turmoil! The doctors in this case and their interpretation of the Hippocratic Oath is an absolute disgrace!
I was nervous about changing doctors when mine retired after 12 years - I was recommended DrAccardi and I have to say, the standard of care is second to none - incredibly thorough - I couldn’t be happier or recommend him and Di strongly enough.
Couldn't even get a hold of reception
They were unable to accept a new patient for a chronic disease management plan because it was, and I quote “against our policy” - no further explanation given.
Absolutely amazing and lovely receptionist. She is very friendly and welcoming. The doctor has looked after me since I was little and he has done the best to make sure I am healthy, as well as safe. He cares about his patients and is honest, which is better than most other doctors that I have seen.
