I find the staff very kind and the doctors really nice whenever I get an appointment. My issues are with booking the appointments. Struggling to get an appointment with a gp for months now. Sends antibiotics and painkillers every time when I ask for an appointment. I have filed a complaint and got no apologies our clarification about my concerns got a one liner back"I can book a telephone appointment with the gp next week". It feels like the surgery and doctors has given up on patients.
No respect at all
Rude and arrogant so called ‘receptionist,’ who’s not doing her job properly and abusing her power and position. She’s not helpful and is disrespectful. A very unpleasant experience on the phone to her. I’m moving my mum to a different surgery. Also, my mum has a severe lung infection where she ended up being taken into hospital by A&E. before that, she saw her doctor and he just prescribed her an inhaler.
