This company is brutal! Had a tech come out last year. Supposedly had a leak in our AC system. This was reportedly fixed. Beginning of may comes around and our AC is not working again. We had a tech this time come out and all he talked about was how horrible this “Rob” guy is and how all they do is fix his work. He informed us that our AC unit (on our new build) did not have an orfice installed , therefore- our AC had never been working correctly! Rob supposedly installed our AC units. Brook and Mack have come by to work on our HVAC and have provided quality and competent service. Would recommend them for any HVAC concerns.
