I have a Mattamy build serviced by Alma and my interactions with their employees have been nothing but positive. They hired a great bunch of guys. I'm very particular and they did a good job moving a vent in my storage area.
Terrible company! Spoke with Cathy. They don’t want to service my home even though I still have warranty! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL! My heat Is not working, I have a toddler here at home and our home thermostat reads 16.5 degrees & 19.5 degrees inside our home! Terrible company. Terrible customer service. I have less than a month left of their 2 year warranty and they are refusing to service my home. (Started Nov 3, 2023) Cathy even tried suggesting it expired already.
