As a truck driver, I'll say that it's cool. Very friendly staff, unloading in a warm dock, unloaded very quickly.
Ordered a press and it took almost twice as long to arrive as the estimate. When it arrived we had major mechanical issues but since it was a little outside of the 30-day warranty Alma provided zero support, they wouldn't even provide input through an email. We were expected to be flexible with them but not the other way around.
