Took vehicle in for service The “concern” was diagnosed as 3 different things, all them supposedly “fixed” and the “concern” remains. The communication was non-existent. Was promised multiple times they would call, only to be left waiting with no call. I would call 2-3 days later giving them ample time to follow through on their promises. The level of communication and ability to follow through is severely lacking.
Dj and Charles(?) Were very professional and made sure they had my permission before doing any repairs that were needed. Their customer service was awesome, they went above and beyond to get my requests done in a timely fashion, and were very respectful. I was very pleased to find out that not only did they wash my car for me, they even cleaned the inside! Well done guys!
Fixed a recall issue on my MKC. Did a thorough inspection and found everything in good working order. Honest, good turn around time and friendly. Will return as needed. Thank You.
