Alma Kitchen and Catering is FANTASTIC. Everything created is unique and delicious. Highly, highly recommend for any and all events you have. You will not be disappointed.
Worked with Alma Kitchen and Catering to host a dinner for about 50 people. It was incredible and people continued to talk about how good the food was beyond the evening and into the weekend. Thank you to Ruben and his staff for creating an amazing meal and experience for our guests!
Ruben Valentin is a fabulously talented chef and puts together outstanding dishes. We were very happy with his menu and all the courses, from appetizers to desert - delicious! We had a very specific theme for our menu and Ruben did a great job of bringing that to life in the menu. He was very easy to work with and the whole experience was very pleasing and professional. I thoroughly recommend him and Catering by Alma for catered events or home chef occasions.
