It was Friendly Smiles from the time u walk in the door. Staff was Awesome. Dr was even More Awesome. She took time to Listen. Not in a Rush. At least when I was there, there was 1 patient at a time. Not sitting and waiting in some boring office for the Dr to see other patients while u get to just sit and wait. She obviously Didn't have 2 or 3 patients scheduled at the same time like most Dr appt. When the guy in front of me went in, I was filling out my paperwork. I absolutely recommend Dr. Ngyuen to anyone who needs a gi doc. It's so refreshing to have a Dr that actually listens, shows empathy, actually talks TO you instead of at you, and knows their stuff.
