My spouse had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the hygienist (possibly a temp), in March 2025. Her behaviour, tone, attitude was condescending and rude. We are not coming back and certainly sharing this feedback with our friends who are looking for an office. You treat patients right, they come back. You don’t treat them right, they are gone. It cost you noting to be nice. If you are stressed and overworked, take the day off, recharge and come back.
Really good dental practice
I’ve been a long-time patient at this dental office and have always appreciated the quality of care provided by the dental professionals here. However, I recently had two separate interactions with the front desk—one in person and one over the phone—that were disappointing. I just finished aligning my teeth with Invisalign here and I’m super satisfied with the results. My teeth are now straight, easy to clean, and look great. I’m with Pacific Blue Cross—part of the cost was direct billed to my insurance, and I paid the remainder out of pocket, which was all handled smoothly.
