Has good potential. The house toasted corn is a great idea. The ceviche was delicious. The cucumber tomato salad was fresh. The rest of the dishes were quite good but some suggestions: the chupe needs a higher quality fish with thicker filets because it arrives overcooked otherwise. The rice was greasy and would be better to have coconut rice instead to have some kind of identity. The beef sewers had charred veggies. The recipes still need a little work, but have the potential to get there.
