Une superbe découverte, un excellent service et une technicité qui démontre une recherche et un travail visant à rendre hommage aux ingrédients locaux et mexicain. Seul détail subjectif, ça manquait d'un plat gourmand surtout dans un menu essentiellement froid.
My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and it was truly an incredible experience! We started off with a spicy margarita at bar Luz next door and was the perfect way to start our meal! Our bar tender was awesome!! Then we headed over to Alma and met our wonderful server Nico! We had the tasting menu paired with wine, the whole meal was simply life changing! A night to pamper yourself with unique Mexican dishes and carefully curated wines. If you are to go, do the 5or7 course meal with the pairings. No other way to do it! The experience was great but hard to look at the bill at the end. You really have to enjoy artistry and creativity in the food you eat
Le menu carte blanche excellent avec en accompagnement liste de vin qui vont de pères seul bémol le homard etait un peu trop salé ce qui masque le goût du homard et les crevettes nordiques qui suis aussi un peu trop salé mais dans l’ensemble excellent un des meilleurs services à Montréal
