Bought a '23 car from here and since getting it it's been not good to say the least. Firstly the horn of the car stopped working like 3 days after buying it and the windows barely work. A month ago our breaks started squeaking so my boyfriend went to get them checked here, and they said it was just "dust and would fall out eventually". A month later and it's still squeaking. I came here by coincidence , normally I schedule at Nalley Stonecrest but due to high volume and no availability , I called to schedule service with ALM South . My service advisor was Tammy Roberson and she definitely made my experience worth while . I was experiencing some trouble with a very important part of my engine after getting a 1st opinion from my personal mechanic .
