Best ent doctor in Albuquerque l number #1
Went to an appointment for my mom and the clinic staff were unprofessional and rude. We didn’t get to see Dr. Ray herself because they said we didn’t check in on time even though we were 30 minutes early to the appointment and had to reschedule us. The whole situation as a new patient left a very sour first impression. Wouldn’t recommend.

Dr. Ray spent as much time as I needed going over results and treatment options. She allowed me to choose how conservative or aggressive I wanted to go with treatment and explained all the pros and cons. She ultimately scheduled me for a day outpatient surgery that should cost between $2k-$4k when the last ENT who never saw me in person, only his assistant saw me, scheduled me for a $98,000 surgery. I am so happy I found Dr. Ray!! She is so thorough and always educates and explains what she is doing and what she is thinking about your condition. She is very thoughtful and caring and offers good lifestyle advice that has impact on ENT conditions.
