Great place with nice and friendly staff. Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and explains everything so that you fully understand. She is very professional and pleasant.
I had a very disappointing experience with Allyson Jones. Her communication came across as extremely condescending and dismissive, and I left feeling as though my concerns were not genuinely heard. What made the experience worse was reviewing my visit notes afterward and finding documentation that did not accurately reflect what I had communicated during the appointment. I experienced some confusion regarding the scheduling of my mammogram and well-woman checkup. I was originally scheduled for both appointments on the same day—one at 2:30 p.m. and the other at 4:00 p.m. However, the two separate appointment times were not clearly communicated in the text messages I received. Ms. Jones kindly agreed to see me, and I was able to reschedule my mammogram for the following morning. I appreciate her flexibility and assistance in resolving the scheduling issue.

Doctor Jones is one of the best doctors i have ever come across. She is knowledgeable, warm, kind and makes you feel like you matter. There is no rush and she spends extra time to explain everything. I highly recommend her!
