She was very personable. She was knowledgeable She had good bedside manner. She listened to me and she helped me understand what, if any steps ahead would look like if I needed more care. I just really liked her overall approach.
I was in Roanoke Carilion for 5 days. The nurses staff and doctors was better than anyone could ever imagine. Special thank to the 8 floor nursing crew. They are a most professional and compassionate ladies that I have ever had the pleasure of taking care of me. I would never go to another medical facility. Thanks again Roanoke Carilion
I am not a fan of virtual appointments. And prefer office visits when sick. Scheduled appointments are too close together to squeeze in a sick person. We chatted but I don't feel that connection of a good diagnosis/plan of action can be given over the phone. Issue of prescription refills was satisfied.
