This was mom's first transport in the wheelchair. Pick up was fine, then it all went down hill.we had to wait over an hr for pick up at the Dr's office. Mom's back was killing her, she was totally drained when we arrived home, she went straight to bed. said she never wants to go to the Dr's office in the wheelchair again! I have been trying to get a receipt from them since the day we were picked up, 2 days ago, the receipt sent had the wrong address on it, I notified them immediately and have not received a corrected receipt... read more
