Ashley M is the most amazing and compassionate person to transport with at Alley Rides. I’ve been lucky to have her transport my mother twice now from facility to facility. She is so caring and wonderful. She put us at ease and made my Mom’s trip comfortable and safe. Thank you Ashley! And she was on time everytime.
Stretched a bit too thin but friendly people
Ashley was amazing with my mother when she transported her to a PC SNF. She was truly a patient advocate!
I ordered a pickup on Christmas Eve for our family get together. I called the same day to make sure our arrangements were for a 5:30 pickup so my sister in a wheelchair could be at our home for our 6:00 meal. My sister waited. I had to call Ally Rides because they did not come until around 6:20 to the nursing home and did not get her dropped off at my home until 6:50. Could not agree more with most of these reviews.i took this company once andwas very satisfied with my friendly driver he was very efficient even in the middle of the night which was nice, his name was Al. But the gold star that made sure my experience was the best it could be was the young girl on the phone her name was alisa she was just as wonderful as the other person claimed on here. the two of them madr me feel like family which is rare these days.
