Ally is such a wonderful trainer, her sessions are always fun, energetic and hard work! There's never a boring moment with Ally and she is an extremely supportive trainer. It's like training with a friend. Highly recommend her bootcamp for a workout and a good laugh.
Brilliant outdoor bootcamp for any fitness level. Ally is so friendly and welcoming as well as pushing you to meet your goals. Great group to train with and one of the first exercise classes I actually stuck to for all the above reasons.
I attended Ally’s bootcamp for about 5 years before I moved away. Not only is this great for cardio and strength, Ally’s positivity and energy is second to none. She gives options for those who are new or injured, and every day at bootcamp is different so you’ll never do the same workout twice. Outside the bootcamp there are opportunities to participate in team triathlons, runs and general social activities (but no pressure either)! This is a great place to get fit and make new friends for life.
Love Ally's boot camp! Ally's energy is always so uplifting and encouraging! I highly recommend Ally's Boot Camp if you are looking for a fitness community that is welcoming, supportive and overall fun to be around! I have had a couple of injuries that occurred outside of bootcamp and I was still able to participate in Boot Camp- Ally just modified my workouts! highly recommend!
