Another happy visit to Ally Pet Medical Center with their kind and dedicated team! Dr Krysta Dawson is super patient with our nervous boy and knows that cheese is the way to his heart All the staff are wonderful and Enzo shows his full body wiggles and tail wags anytime he sees all of his caring friends at APMC! Enzo wasn't quite as appreciative of his blood draw and vaccination, but Cody was super gentle and took great care of him today!
I have been coming here for years now and my family’s pets. The staff are kind and knowledgeable along with amazing techs and drs. I won’t take my pet anywhere else
Had someone new working there so I asked them to transfer me to someone else because I had questions about a health certificate required for international travel and they kept on putting on hold and asking questions to somebody so it’s wasting my time. The other person refused to get on the phone, it was just so rude and a professional that I would recommend avoiding this place. Couldn’t even get a price estimate on the phone for a Standard health certificate, that’s a red flag for me
Always a 10/10, Dr Dawson has always taken so much time with me and the animals entrusted to my care. She helps me navigate my senior pups health and happiness … while consistently providing so much support to me. Gives me honest information and truly guides what’s best for my fur family. The staff always helps us get questions answered, appointments scheduled and anything we need. This office is been such a blessing and really helps me ensure I’m doing the best for my animal companions
