This place is great! Terry returned my call quickly, and sent Travis to me that same day! Travis knows his stuff and was able to deal with my bug problem in the most convenient way for a reasonable price. He was personable, efficient, and quick. Hands down, I'd highly recommend Terry to anyone experiencing pest problems. This man is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He offers suggestions about situations without looking for an upsell. If you want honest, specific advice, this is the person who will give it to you.
An absolute scammer. Was quoted one price and then charged another (which was over double). I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but I sorely regret it. Did not respond to inquiries, did not update us. Was supposed to check on our property once a week and has not been back once. If you don’t mind being ripped off and then “ghosted” I highly recommend. For your own sanity please don’t waste your money. Just another in a long line of fraudsters. They came to my property and gave detailed instructions for how to prevent rats from entering my basement. They didn’t charge for this consult. Really friendly and honest service. If I ever have pest issues they will be the first call.
