Terry of Ally Pest Control was extremely informative and helpful, spending more than a half hour on a phone consult with me about bed bugs, describing the steps that he would be taking in treating our rental as well as steps we (or the tenant) would need to take. This place is great! Terry returned my call quickly, and sent Travis to me that same day! Travis knows his stuff and was able to deal with my bug problem in the most convenient way for a reasonable price. He was personable, efficient, and quick. Hands down, I'd highly recommend Terry to anyone experiencing pest problems. This man is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He offers suggestions about situations without looking for an upsell. If you want honest, specific advice, this is the person who will give it to you.
An absolute scammer. Was quoted one price and then charged another (which was over double). I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but I sorely regret it. Did not respond to inquiries, did not update us. Was supposed to check on our property once a week and has not been back once. If you don’t mind being ripped off and then “ghosted” I highly recommend. For your own sanity please don’t waste your money. Just another in a long line of fraudsters.
