An absolute scammer. Was quoted one price and then charged another (which was over double). I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but I sorely regret it. Did not respond to inquiries, did not update us. Was supposed to check on our property once a week and has not been back once. They came to my property and gave detailed instructions for how to prevent rats from entering my basement. They didn’t charge for this consult. Really friendly and honest service. If I ever have pest issues they will be the first call.

Terry provided an honest assessment over whether my basement had a problem with rat/mice. Phew! It turns out that we likely don't but I'd really like to emphasize that I never felt that Terry was giving me a 'sell-job'. I called this company about a rodent problem on my property. They were over the next day (which happened to be Christmas Eve), did a walk through, laid out traps, and took the time to explain some tips and tricks when dealing with these pesky critters. Prompt service, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I’ll be recommending them to everyone. Thanks again guys!
