Called Ally Pest Control as we needed help with an issue at our home. Terry came out to help right away (on Christmas Eve too!). If you are calling anyone other than Ally to help you with pest control in Port Alberni, you’re making the wrong choice. Thanks again Terry!
I highly recommend Travis from Ally Pest Control! I phoned Terry last night and first thing this morning I received a phone call from Terry, saying Travis would be on his way shortly (not to mention Travis had today booked off). Travis showed up right away and inspected around our house, gave us recommendations and helped us secure the area from rats getting in. 10/10 service from both of them. Thank you so much!

Prompt, courteous response from Terry at Ally Pest Control in Port Alberni. Next day no charge (!) appointment with Travis who was knowledgeable and personable - to assess and recommend how to proceed. We will definitely use Ally Pest in the future if the need arises. Top notch customer service!
Terry of Ally Pest Control was extremely informative and helpful, spending more than a half hour on a phone consult with me about bed bugs, describing the steps that he would be taking in treating our rental as well as steps we (or the tenant) would need to take. After our discussion I sent him a photo of the bugs in question and Terry phoned me back sharing the good news that they were carpet beetles not bed bugs!!
