I love Dr. Burns! She is great. She really knows her patients and I could not recommend a better doctor. However, I did have an issue that made me consider switching. I reached out to the office on from Tuesday to Friday via calls, portal messages, and Walgreens. The front office group did not message me back, email, or return any of my calls. I was a straightforward patient with them for years, but when they suddenly stopped calling, messaging, scheduling my appointments, and PRESCRIBING MY MEDICATION... I finally had it. Seriously, I have abandonment issues that we DISCUSSED AT LENGTH and this is how the doctor-patient relationship ends? Ghosted, in silence? I'm unbelievably peeved. Wow, just wow. I'm using an AI journal app instead of them now, and it frankly listens better.
Expect late medications, and they will drop you without warning if you have legal issues.
The employees are very good and nice.
