Went in because I had been bitten by some type of fly on my lip late evening. The swelling & pain was intense, went in the following day to the Dripping Springs location. I am thankful they are here, my panic had set in, they were helpful.
I came in recently with a friend and we connected with Laura. She was such a delight to work with. So kind, reassuring and knowledgeable! She was the ENTIRE silver lining in our experience! If I could give her 10 stars I would. Management you have a good one on your hands.
Excellent experience - knowledgeable and extremely professional! If you must seek immediate care, this is a great place to do so - DR. Wilson and the nursing staff were superb!
Nurse Wendy was wonderful. Actually all the staff was caring and understanding. Highly recommend this ER facility.
