I went to Ally Medical with severe kidney stone pain and Dr. Lafleaurs and his team took great care of me. They addressed the issue quickly and made me feel very comfortable during a pretty rough situation. The nurses and staff were all professional and attentive. I really appreciate the care I received. Hopefully I don’t have to go back for kidney stones, but if I ever need urgent care again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to Dr. Lafleaurs and the entire

We had a great experience at Ally. My son received the exact care needed for his foot injury. The staff was great- really kind, professional, and friendly! Brooke at the front desk, Jane in Xray, Pete the tech, Nurse Elaine, and Dr Sims were wonderful. I’m a physician myself and understand the range of care between facilities and how choosing the right ER is important. I highly recommend them!
Wow i must say i have heard good things about this place so decided to go after a wrist injury. From the front desk Brooke supper nice and welcoming. To the nurse and rad tech Jane and Alaina all so caring and positive mood. Then Dr Dietet and Dr.Sims where very informative an on top of it in timely fashion. Also wait time at 6:30 am was zero and place is clean and welcoming. Whole stage was amazing. I would give this 10 stars if I could.
I would like to thank the front desk lady Brook, Rad Tech Tina, ER Tech Medna,Nurse Alaina and the Physician Dr. Dietert. The care they gave me was awesome. They are all very good at their jobs and really care about their patients. May God bless each of them.
