I went to Ally Emergency Center on Saturday, September 5, with excruciating upper abdominal pain. I was sweating profusely, unable to sit still, crying, and yelping in pain. I told the doctor, whose name I believe was Dr. Johnson, that I had never experienced pain this severe. I have undergone 30 knee surgeries, including a knee replacement, two shoulder surgeries, and stomach surgery, all without pain medication. I also have hips that need to be replaced. We had a very pleasant visit. Everyone was very friendly and helped us right away.
Came in with a silly injury that probably would’ve earned an eye roll at any other center, but everyone here was so kind and happy to help- from reception to the doctor. Everything was quick and efficient. Would recommend!
