Today was my first time, and I look forward to going back and working with her. Very warm and down to earth! Doesn't seem there to judge but to geniunly want to help out of care, love and consideration of others. Seems to have a very old sound which is fantastic in my case! She even understands that some don't have babysitters and have to bring their kids. She made it a point to make sure my little one had something to do so we could get warmed up to each other.
