I've been seeing Ally for about a year and a half now, for major depression. I was referred by my doctor. In my experience Ally is an outstanding psychologist. Ally was the first psychologist I saw for my issues of depression. My doctor recommended her. I didn't really want to see a psychologist as I thought they wouldn't be able to help. But I still went in reserving judgment and waiting and seeing.
