Keeps calling then hanging up...bunch of clowns
I find it terrible to be rude to customer service people. I find it terrible to leave a bad review. Ally has left me doing both. They made an error on their end. After being transferred to 4 different people (one of which actually raised her voice to me), they said policy would not allow them to fix it. If not for Chase Bank stepping up and helping me reverse the charges on my banking account, none of the other bills I had to pay for the month would have been paid since Ally said it would take 10 days for them to fix. To say they suck would be generous....
Terrible. Worst experience i've ever had with a company. The lady i spoke with was a lady with a hard accent named Amy and she kept restating everything i stated to her(taking way to much time). I'm advising all of my customers not to go through ally financial because trying to get a pay off took me 35 min which should've taken 5. I stated the street and city names that I work in and she asked me to spell every word as if she didn't understand English that well.
