The tech Tyler was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly . I appreciated( since my daily espressos are key to starting the revs in the morning, and then late afternoon ) that he diagnosed and repaired my espresso machine in a timely manner. Very glad to have located this company, as I live in Carpinteria, and avoided the hassle of shipping this to the LA vendor for Bezzera .
Tyler & Foster are great to work with and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to coffee machines and grinders. I'm very happy to have found them and will continue to rely on their services and expertise.
I really appreciate the technician explaining the issues with our machine. . Also giving recommendations of other parts that needs replacing. . He was knowledgeable and came prepared. .
