Billed my insurance company $4925 for a random drug screen,In my eyes they are nothing but scam artist ! Was told at my Dr office that this lab would accept whatever ins paid,so in other words with this place your better off if your insurance doesn't pay because they will accept $0 ,unfortunately for me mine pd $3220 guess how much the vultures want ? $3220 for a drug screen when a $15 one from Walmart would have shown what they needed!
