This has been one of the best services I’ve experienced, and I truly appreciate your dedication and thoroughness.
Paying over $700 for an inspector who clearly didn’t know how to do his job, and of course, his report was useless. I ended up hiring another inspector for $499 who did a much better job. The first guy actually said, “Your property is quite new, so there aren’t many issues.” Seriously? This inspector is a complete joke. When I got there Greg was all ready there doing his inspection. I definitely knew as soon as s i pulled up I hired the right company he had a TRUMP. sticker on his vehicle lol. Very thorough explains everything. I would recommend this company 100%
Greg Cheptene did an home amazing inspection for us. He is incredibly detailed and thorough. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Greg took his time and covered the property top to bottom. I so appreciate his knowledge and professionalism! His written report was also very detailed and complete.
