We have a new build and our master bathroom sink needs repaired/replaced. They have no called/no showed 2x now in the last week after rescheduling for the 1st no call/no show! This is beyond frustrating and very unreliable! The woman who scheduled the first time told us she some how had the schedule down for 5 pm. This time they were supposed to be here between 8-12 and here it is 4:50 pm and NOTHING. You have caused us to miss 2 days of work in a week! This is unacceptable!
